CRM Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support of Siebel business processes;

  • Support and development of E-mail marketing, Customer/Lead Contact program;

  • Improvement of Business processes with IT department and HMCIS Business side (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care);

  • Management of DB integrity;

  • Interface Management: Web Site, SAP, Call-Center;

  • Automation of DMS & CRM integration project;

  • Development of MyHyundai and MyGenesis loyalty programs;

  • Dealer operations support;

  • Control of dealer KPIs;

  • Analysis of dealer CRM system;

  • Integration and support of Dealer CRM system & Siebel;

  • Effective team management.

Requirements

  • Higher education (technical degree is preferable);

  • Experience in management and development of Internet projects over 3 years, preferably in the automotive industry;

  • Experience in call-center and marketing modules;

  • Basic knowledge PL/SQL,T-SQL;

  • Deep knowledge in data exchange: Web Service, XML, etc.;

  • PC advanced user MS Office (Excel, Power Point), Siebel 8.1 (other CRM systems as a plus), Oracle Business Intelligence;

  • English: upper-intermediate level or higher.
